The increasing demand for efficient and space-saving filling solutions inspired us to develop the INVASA. As one of the innovation leaders, we have launched the world’s most compact bottle filling machine with integrated counter-pressure technology.
With a footprint that fits on a small shipping pallet, the INVASA is ideal for smaller production facilities. Thanks to its flexible design and mobility, it can be easily integrated into almost any production environment.
The INVASA is a fully automatic bottle filling machine that fills both carbonated and non-carbonated products precisely and gently with minimal oxygen input. The integrated crown capper enables seamless processing and ensures maximum efficiency.
With optional accessories such as a labeler, collating/packaging tables, an automatic height adjustment system or a semi-automatic depalletizer, the INVASA can be expanded into a fully automatic mini production line.
The machine can be set up for different bottle formats and is particularly suitable for start-ups and beverage producers who want to scale up their production or test new products.
Thanks to its hygienic design and robust construction, maintenance of the machine is uncomplicated and can easily be carried out by your own staff.

Semi-automatic depalletizer
The depalletizing table allows semi-automatic depalletizing of half can pallets. These are lifted to the appropriate height using a pallet truck or forklift and transported to the turntable using a pusher. The turntable then automatically carries the cans to the automatic rinser, which is available on request.
Rotating collecting table
The collection table is a small rotating table that holds the cans at the outlet of the Canvasa, so they don’t require to be removed manually. This can be used instead of the labeler or conveyor belt.
Self-adhesive labeler (Company: GERNEP) – label date printer
From the company Gernep we offer a small labeler, which applies self-adhesive labels to all common can formats.
Booster pump for HPI
The booster pump is used to increase the pressure or to counteract possible pressure fluctuations.
