The counterpressure technology of our MULTIMA product line makes it particularly suitable for filling carbonated (CO2)products like beer, soft drinks and mineral water. Using the integrated vacuum technology, filling with extremely low oxygen uptake is possible in bottles.
The Multima is available as a long-tube (Multima L) or short-tube (Multima K) filler.
If many different bottle formats are run, then a short-tube filler is the ideal solution. This can be easily adapted to frequently changing bottle formats by means of automatic or manual height adjustment. The long-tube filler, on the other hand, is recommended if only a few different bottle types are handled.
The filler can be ordered with an integrated rinser for rinsing out the bottles (for new glass). Additionally, a crown capper and/or a screw crapper can be ordered. The integrated -in part- multi-stage vacuum technology enables bottling with a particularly low oxygen content.
Due to its open construction the Multima L/K complies with the basic idea of the EHEDG-Hygienic design. Leibinger fillers are all designed and built as mechanically as possible so that the recommended annual maintenance service can be carried out by an experienced technician.

Manufacturing
Our machines are 100% assembled in our own factory. The materials used are predominantly made of stainless steel and food-grade plastics and elastomers. We take care to consult only local manufacturers and thus further strengthen the economy of our location.
CIP
Our filling machine is CIP capable. It is possible to clean the machine with acid and alkali concentrations as well as with steam thanks to a closed circuit system equipped with rinsing caps and sealing materials.
Panel
Our Siemens-based control system can be operated intuitively, similar to a smartphone. The machine can be operated via the HOME button.
Safety housing
We use a free-standing safety enclosure made of frameless non-splintering safety glass (Makrolon). All machine areas are accessible through electrically and mechanically secured doors.
Operating direction
Our machines can all be ordered as left- or right-running, and thus fit into any line planning.
Key Facts


The HDE (high pressure injection) causes a virtually imperceptible jet of water to be shot into the product. This causes the product to foam which displaces the oxygen to the top. Due to the low oxygen exposure, the product retains a long shelf life.

We use a curved crown corker with 2, 4 or 6 capping stations. Since this operates entirely mechanically, maintenance can be performed directly by the machine operator.
Our cylinder valves (long tube or short tube) are developed exclusively mechanically. This ensures a long service life on the one hand,
and on the other hand allows the machine operator to intervene or repair the machine at any time without a service technician.
The Leibinger base frame eliminated as many horizontal surfaces as possible, allowing excess water or product to drain away at all times. This complies with the idea of the Hygienic Design.
