TRANSVASA
TRANSVASA is designed to empty glass bottles. It transfers the drink to a tank for subsequent pump-controlled movement. An optional decapping wheel removes crown caps beforehand. This brings a product recovery task into a defined process. Bottles, closures, product conditions and the next processing stage are established before the machine is specified.
Where configured, the decapping wheel removes closures before emptying.
Emptying valves recover the drink from glass bottles under controlled conditions.
The recovered drink moves through the tank and pump to the agreed next stage.
TECHNOLOGY IN DETAIL

Example configuration. Equipment and arrangement are defined for your project.

Counter-pressure valves and long emptying tubes transfer the drink from the glass bottle to a pressurised tank. Gas pushes the product through the tube; a pump transfers it from the tank to the agreed next process. Bottle format and product conditions determine the configuration.

The optional decapping wheel removes crown caps before the bottles are emptied. Infeed and subsequent handling are matched to your bottles.

The recovered drink is collected in a tank and then transferred by a pump-controlled system. Integration with your process is planned for the project.

The bottle stop controls the infeed of further bottles during a normal machine stop, coordinating container supply with the ongoing process.

Carousel spraying helps remove product residues in the machine area. It complements the cleaning procedures agreed for the system.

The base frame reduces horizontal surfaces so water and product residues can drain more easily. Its open construction supports access for cleaning and routine care.
YOUR CONFIGURATION
Specify the bottle formats to be emptied and their closures.
We establish product conditions, tank connections and the intended subsequent processing.
Bottle handling is integrated with your existing production environment.
For the first discussion, tell us your drink, container, required output and available space. After discussing an indicative budget, we agree the scope for a quotation.
Cleaning in Place means cleaning without dismantling components for the CIP process. This also applies to INVASA and CANVASA. Heat-resistant peroxide-cured EPDM seals allow steaming. We agree the cleaning agents, temperature and procedure for your configuration.
For several years, our machines have been supplied with a modem in the control cabinet. Your LAN internet connection enables access through a gateway to our service team. Without that connection, external remote access through the modem is not possible. Telephone and video support are separate ways of helping you.
