Using Remote Service for small problems, we can quickly and easily guide you to the solution. The biggest advantage? You save time and costs normally incurred by the technician’s travel.
You can basically use any AR-glasses with an Android or iOS operating system. Should you not already have AR-glasses, we can offer an approved and tested model.
You can reach us during our normal business hours:
Mon. - Thurs.: 07:30 - 16:00
Fri.: 07:30 - 14:30.
The Remote Service is free for the first 15 minutes, just like our telephone service. After that, we will charge you €22.50 for every
quarter of an hour or part thereof.
Remote maintenance via AR glasses allows us to help you with minor problems quickly and easily. The biggest advantage: no technician has to travel. This saves you time and money.
