INVASA
INVASA is a compact counter-pressure bottle filler with an output of up to approximately 1,000 bottles per hour. A crown capper is included in the base configuration; a rinser is not included. The filling valve largely corresponds to the MULTIMA K valve. Height adjustment of the valve carrier plate accommodates different bottle heights. A format change takes approximately ten minutes.
Actual output depends on product, container and configuration. We agree the operating method and output of your complete line with you.

TECHNOLOGY IN DETAIL

Example configuration. Equipment and arrangement are defined for your project.
INVASA uses conventional counter-pressure technology with a filling valve that largely corresponds to MULTIMA K. A deflector on the return-air tube directs the incoming product onto the inside wall of the bottle.
Before filling, the bottle is evacuated and CO₂ counter-pressure is established. Residual drink in the return-air line is returned to the central vessel. Product flows into the bottle under gravity. After filling, pressure is released and the bottle is transferred to the capper without pressure.
The two-station crown capper closes glass bottles after filling. Its largely mechanical design combines filling and capping in one compact machine.
The Siemens-based control brings machine operation together at one panel, providing access to the functions and settings used in production.
YOUR CONFIGURATION
The valve carrier plate adjusts to the bottle height. Changing to another bottle format takes approximately ten minutes.
The crown capper is included in the base configuration. A rinser is not included; upstream operations and integration into your line are agreed together.
Optional neck-handling holders support PET bottles by the neck. Specific formats, closures and process conditions are agreed for your project.
For the first discussion, tell us your drink, container, required output and available space. After discussing an indicative budget, we agree the scope for a quotation.
Cleaning in Place means cleaning without dismantling components for the CIP process. This also applies to INVASA and CANVASA. Heat-resistant peroxide-cured EPDM seals allow steaming. We agree the cleaning agents, temperature and procedure for your configuration.
For several years, our machines have been supplied with a modem in the control cabinet. Your LAN internet connection enables access through a gateway to our service team. Without that connection, external remote access through the modem is not possible. Telephone and video support are separate ways of helping you.
